Summon Junta General Ordinaria del 30/03/2026

Estimado Propietario / Dear Owner:

Por disposición del/a Sr./Sra. Presidente/a KEITH ANTHONY LUXON y de acuerdo con lo previsto en el Art. 16.2 de la vigente Ley de Propiedad Horizontal, se cita a Ud. en PRIMERA Convocatoria, para que participe en la reunión de esta Comunidad de Propietarios en sesión de JUNTA GENERAL ORDINARIA, que se celebrará el próximo día 30 de Marzo de 2026, a las 10:30 horas, en Los Arqueros Golf & Country Club, para tratar los asuntos que figuran en el Orden del Día.

At the request of the President KEITH ANTHONY LUXON, and in accordance with that stated in Article 16.2 of the current horizontal property law, you are invited to participate, at FIRST CALL, the Owners Community ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING, to be held on the 30 of March of 2026, at 10:30 hours, at Los Arqueros Golf & Country Club, in order to deal with the matters contained in the Agenda.

Si transcurrida media hora no hubiese concurrido número suficiente de votantes para tomar acuerdos en Primera Convocatoria, se constituirá la Junta en SEGUNDA, y serán válidos los acuerdos que se adopten, en forma legal y reglamentaria. Todo aquel propietario que en el momento de la celebración de la Junta General, mantuviera saldos pendientes de pago al 30/03/2026 no podrá disponer de su voto según señala el Artículo 15.2 de la L.P.H. 8/99, de fecha 6-4-99.

Should after the elapse of half an hour, there fail to be a quorum at first call, the Meeting will be constituted at SECOND CALL, being valid such decisions as are duly and legally adopted in respect of the following. Any owner whom at the moment of celebration of the Meeting is in arrears of Community quotas pending as of 30/03/2026 will not be able to vote according to Article 15.2 of the Horizontal Property law 8/99, published 6-4-99.
